Duda Paiva Company creates theatre in which dance and puppetry merge. The manipulation technique used to bring the puppets—sculptures made of foam rubber—to life is rooted in dance movement. From this essence, a choreography emerges for dancer or mover and puppet, which we call the Object Score.
