Meet the Kamayur\u00e1: bearers of indispensable knowledge. This compelling theatrical concert performance is inspired by the worldview of the indigenous Kamayur\u00e1 community and the music of Heitor Villa-Lobos. A meditative and physical experience brimming with music, movement, and puppetry.<\/strong><\/p>

The Nederlands Blazers Ensemble and the Duda Paiva Company are joining forces once again, this time in collaboration with Outra Margem, a platform for art and reflection. Together with Andreia Duarte, founder of Outra Margem, who lived among the Kamayur\u00e1 for many years, they traveled to the Amazon region and immersed themselves in the life of this indigenous community. In turn, three members of the Kamayur\u00e1 community are visiting our country to collaborate on this impressive performance.
