In January 2018, Duda Paiva Company performed in co\u00f6peration with the Nederlands Blazers Ensemble (NBE): more than twenty musicians who are driven by joint enthusiasm and an urge for adventure. The performance is Purcell\u2019s The Fairy Queen, inspired by Shakespeare\u2019s A Midsummer Night\u2019s Dream. An intriguing collaboration in which the NBE plays Purcell\u2019s compelling\u00a0music (like the famous \u2018O, Let Me Weep\u2019) and in which Duda Paiva Company creates an absurd, comical and sometimes sinister universe. A representation of true and unrighteous love, passion, sorrow and worship.<\/p>\n
